I would think that on a Wednesday night, you may have not gotten the looks that you will receive going into the weekend (when most people have much more time).Post it to as many sights as you can, and re-evaluate on Sunday.

I'm thinking it's best not to engage in such activity.

Get active in your local real estate investing associations near you and learn as much as you can.

If you've got a good opportunity, the buyers will come and you can then start to compile your list.I'll take a list of 5-10 active buyers in my area over 1,000 random investors on some list.I hope that helps!
