One thing I personally like about the Ooltewah area is that there are a lot of companies with a lot of jobs such as an Amazon warehouse, Mckee Foods, and a Volkswagen plant.

I’ve been considering the advantages and disadvantages of buying land/rundown properties and leveling these areas to build cheap kit homes/warehouse homes which can be beautifully designed for cheap and last a long time (quite sturdy as well).These would then be rented out to tenant(s) and potentially have multiple units.

We saw early on that syndicators all across the US stopped or limited their distributions to shore up cash reserves or stopped major renovations to store up cash reserves etc.
