New Investor thinking about Chattanooga
Hi folks,
I live in CA, but I'm thinking about Chattanooga as a place to buy my first property. Any thoughts on favorite neighborhoods? How do people feel about East Brainerd and Ooltewah? Redbank and Hixon? I'm thinking these areas may be a good way for me to get started with the process of long distance investing while keeping the initial investment/risk relatively low. If this first deal goes well I may look to get some property closer to downtown.
Thanks!
