Good idea to make it clear the communication channel is open throughout the stay as well.

But yea they do have a bad rep for three reasonsPeople check and pay attention to the city/county/state/federal regulations but forget to vet their association and read those hundreds of pages of docs they receive after their offer to purchase is accepted.People continue to pay attention to the city/county/state/federal regulations once they’ve purchased but ignore and completely blow off communications from their association (until they’ve been turned over to collections for unpaid fines they didn’t pay attention to)Some HOAs are, unfortunately, mismanaged…vet your association before you purchase than stay engaged, involved, and be a part of the process 

I set my communication up through Guesty to automate booking and task notifications for my cleaner.

I have been looking into property management softwares to make payment, communication, maintenance request, accounting, credit checks, advertising of property, monthly/annual financial reports easy to manage.  

My homes are 320 or 640 sq/ft, are beautifully designed and finished, energy efficient and virtually maintenance free.Local zoning and planning can't charge enough taxes and fees for micros to justify their overhead while the banks won't bother with a smaller loan. 

Jon, that is great feedback, thanks a lot.The value of BP was evident pretty quickly once I joined the community but it's just there is no substitute for face to face communication.

In some ways, I fit some of the typical IT worker stereotypes: I'm brutally honest, and I admit I'm not the best communicator.

Virtually all of the nominees predate my time on BP and I have been on a couple/few years.  

However, when writing in a forum and in any type of written communication there are ways to word your responses or statements that will not come off in a negative tone to the recipient.

In my state the courts are treating email the same as written (paper) communication.
