I finally stopped traveling and really dove headfirst into the Chicago market and it's been life-changing ever since.I'd say don't rush, but if there is a good time to pull money out of the stock market, now doesn't seem to be the worst time. 

I have a better understanding of the southern Indiana market but I can travel to Ohio and take videos or what ever you feel you need.

We are doing BRRRR and are thinking about our next move since we are almost done with this triplex.We want to either purchase a travel trailer that we can live in full time as we continue to buy property to brrrr and park the trailer on the property as we fix them up.

Closing needs to be quick since I travel back October 21.

I would be holding onto the properties and renting short term to traveling nurses specifically.If there's anyone in San Diego currently doing this I'd love to talk with you.

However the market audience for this is for profesional military people who travel to different bases and only stay for a year or so.

That's awesome I have lots of friends that are from Dominican Republic back home in New York I really Love the food and culture & am hoping to travel there one day.

The vacation renters look for different things from their host, then do business travelers.
