Good afternoon everybody, My name is Michael Anthony Ventura. I am currently a full time student enrolled at Dominican University as a undergraduate student en route to a bachelors degree in business management and administration. I am an honorable U.S. Army veteran born and raised in new york who moved to berwyn/chicagoland area after fulfilling my military obligations. I am very interested in property management with long term goals of owning/ renting out properties and would love to fill the extra 10-20 hours a week in my schedule working with a property management team part time to gain experience in this field. I possess a valuable skill set i feel that anybody could benefit from and if anybody has some wisdom or advice on what next steps I should be taking to get my foot in the door it would be greatly valued and appreciated. @Marlen Weber Dominican university is in river forest Illinois it is a suburb about 20-30 minutes outside of Chicago. That's awesome I have lots of friends that are from Dominican Republic back home in New York I really Love the food and culture & am hoping to travel there one day. Best of luck to you as well!
