I've lived in Austin nearly half my life, and loved it, but the traffic and over-crowding has significantly decreased the quality of life in recent years, and I only see it continuing to worsen.

Also, I know a lot of people who advertise on Facebook do not use their filters properly.There is so much you can do with them, and if you advertise it correctly the cost is really low because you are advertising to potential people who want to see your ads :)P.S - I find this guide very helpful in bringing traffic to your listing.

It's quite a different situation because mine is riverfront and 10 minutes from Sequoia, it's designed to catch the tourist traffic passing through the town, but I'd be intrigued as to what sort of occupancy you'd get in Lindsay.

Atlanta still seems like a great market but location is key in that area because traffic is so horrible.
