Hi everyone,

I signed up with BP awhile back, but never introduced myself. I am a relatively new investor from Los Angeles, CA and purchased my first four-plex earlier this year. I have been in the real estate industry for about eight years and have recently gathered enough courage to pull the trigger on this first purchase. The first one is always the hardest and now that I got the ball rolling, I'd like to continue buying up these properties. I also decided that I'd like to become more engaged in the community and network with everyone here, as I'm starting to realize the value of surrounding yourself with like-minded individuals with similar goals.
