I've been keeping an eye on Ypsi for a while, but haven't seen anything good enough yet to pull the trigger.What trades are you needing for the rehab, or are you looking for a GC as well?

I'm a software engineer by trade. 

To close out, KW will teach you how to fish but they won't feed you but some agents rather trade learning the trade and going out into the world to fish on their own rather than sitting at a table and waiting to be fed.  

We can trade and compare information.

That means people who want to trade up have a hard time doing so because they can't sell their home for enough profit to trade up.

I am looking to see if any companies are doing rehab and flips on a large scale.  I searched, and it doesn't appear anybody is doing this.  If you know of any please let me know.

In general, you can deduct rents paid for property used in your trade or business and the 1099 will help substantiate the amount.
