Hello, my name is Lazarus Crumedy.  I am currently in property management and has been in the multi-family industry for five years.  

Needless to say I am ready for a change.  I am ready to meet even more awesome friends, and partners.  I have been peaking into BP for the past week, so I'm done hiding.  I owned and managed a management company and now looking to get into investing and of course continue to manage as well.
