I am glad you responded because I did have a question about protecting myself from an owner who would take my payments, but not actually apply the funds to the exiting mortgage. 

They took over 2 weeks to respond to me....counter offer full list price and no inspection.What would you do in this situation?

The daughter had been moved out since Nov and we has been discussed with him to rewrite the lease but he is never responded.

We created a two step process where they respond, then after we know they are serious we send them to a sign up page (squeeze page).

They never responded to whether the alleged violation was an error but instead I got notice my application was denied.
