I remember having the conversation about the camper when the tenant first moved in and we decided that he cannot park it at the house.

As long as you are NOT planning to swing a hammer / do work, there should NOT be any problem.Having said that, I remember the days when even going to a business meeting required you to have a 'formal invite' (email was usually enough).

It's growing with cranes everywhere for new development. 

Also IMO any business should be scalable and setup so you can eventually step away and let it run itself without your involvement, so an eponymous name is a poor choice in that regard because the name implies the company will never grow bigger than you.

. - Also, remember you can do 1031( within three year of moving out)  in a way that you receive required cash and still defer other remaining gain.

I am looking to grow my portfolio over the next 3-5 years and would love to find a partner or partners on deals. 

I am willing to help out however I can (with my limited knowledge) so that I can add what ever value possible to learn and grow in real estate investing.

As far as the limited supply, I think eventually cities will come back around to allowing MH or tiny home type communities because the demand is growing already and the shortage of affordable/starter housing will need to be addressed at some point in the near future.

Instead my kid will have a giant party anytime someone older than him croaks due to the growing family estate.The power of REI works in crazy ways!
