Schools where I am from came up with "suite" style living for all students so rent is inflated to say the least, trust me I know from experience.Any experience and guidance you guys have for start ups and first timers on here would be excellent.Thanks for the support guys!

Yesterday I was informed that it is very likely I will be traveling to Japan throughout the summer (possibly starting as soon as April) to support one of the projects we’re working on over there.The financial situation: I’m 25 years old, have no debt, earn 50k per year and have saved up 20k to invest in real estate.

I also had a few issues with support but not that big of a deal; I kind of moved away from that site but in the future maybe I'll try it again if I hear otherwise from people such as yourself.I only used this for one unit and over a short period of time... so it may have not been a long enough test run.

As for the tankless idea that @David Krulac raised, your gas line does have to be sized correctly to support the capacity needed by the tankless units.
