Hi All,

I will introduce myself briefly. I am a 23 year old law student at NC with a degree in finance and accounting from my undergrad.

I started law school and realized I was being a lemming and this was not my ticket to be anything more than average in my life. I love contracts and the law but the job prospects and loan debt are troubling... I am going to get out.

I have plans to finish the year, I am top in my class so grades weren't the worry. I am going to start with small family homes near my undergrad that are about 60K and start working and levying assets to rent them out. Schools where I am from came up with "suite" style living for all students so rent is inflated to say the least, trust me I know from experience.

Any experience and guidance you guys have for start ups and first timers on here would be excellent.

Thanks for the support guys!

Steve
