@David To I had hired Real Property Managment solutions in Portland, OR and I paid close to 10k (1000k just to break contract) and they were charging me close to 1000/ month on random repairs as replacing a light, unpolished a tub after I paid them close to 7k to get house move ready and they said it was in great condition.In addition the tenant had stopped paying them, but starting paying me.

If I have one account and I bid 5% and I tie with the bank who also bid 5%, then the auction software has a program that randomly picks a winner from all the accounts that bid the lowest rate.
