Electrician recommendation in King County area (WA) Needed

Hello BP - I manage a few rentals, so there's always something that needs fixing!. Couldn't find an electrician recommendation searching the forum. 

It's hard to get a good electricians at a fair price. And, that will report their 1099s! So, I rather look for small companies that I won't need to deal with 1099s. But it seems a challenging task. 

I have an electric problem at a rental in Maple Valley now, so hoping you can do a referral.

The electrician that I worked with is in the island, and always so busy that for my random, and small jobs that cannot make it right away, i'll need to wait a few weeks. He's great, fair, has a LLC but files as C-corp (so great not to deal with 1099s!), but he's just always too busy on the other side.

Hope you can help! I don't want to look through the web, it's always best to get a recommendation, and you are the best to ask.

I use Whatcom Plumbing and Electric out of Lynden.  It might have a Blaine address but is much closer to Lynden.
