I follow a tough but kind approach in life and business. keep in mind even though I am sure Jim owns a lot of his own rentals.. he is a very large PM so its not his call he is working for his clients and owes a fiduciary to them to remove non paying tenants as quick as possible holidays health does not matter.. its his job its what he gets paid to do.
