Need a CA Lawyer - Mold in Rental

I’m looking for a California lawyer to help out a friend who’s in an unsafe situation. The house she rents has extreme levels of mold. The landlord has refused to send out anyone competent at removing the mold. I’m looking for a lawyer who’s willing to help scare the landlord into fixing this by sending a letter to him. Any lawyers willing to do this out of the kindness of their heart? The tenant suffers from a number of health issues and the mold is literally making it difficult for her to take care of herself and her daughter. A simple letter could do the trick. I would be grateful to anyone willing to help.
