I've read articles here, listen to the podcast, watch videos and have been educating myself on wholesaling and buy & hold over the past six months but I haven't done anything with what I've learned.

You need to advertise online (Craig's List is popular here).

How can you get to page 1 or 2, you have to use popularkeyword and people have to click your link to reflect that you have a popular webpage.

BP has been a great way for me to network with RE people from Fresno.Sharing your PM insight will be a popular topic.
