Hello my name is Bernard and I'm new to Real Estate Investing. I've read articles here, listen to the podcast, watch videos and have been educating myself on wholesaling and buy & hold over the past six months but I haven't done anything with what I've learned. 

For years Real Estate has intrigued me but was too afraid to take action and always used the excuse of waiting for the 'perfect' opportunity and of course it never comes. I am finally ready to get over my fear of making a big mistake and do something about it within the next few months.
