Newbie From NJ!

Hello All! I am a newbie from NJ and so far I am learning a wealth of Information from the BiggerPockets community. I have recently obtained my real estate license while being in the medical field for over 12 years. I am looking to start investing in Single family or Multi-family homes to rehab and hold in the Southern, NJ area. I am open to any possibilities throughout the state of NJ but I would prefer to start out in an area I am most familiar. I hope to learn a lot more before getting my first purchase and I am so thankful to have come across a community of like-minded people who actually help each other!!
