No clue on the catalyst for the next move and this was a generalized statement about the big picture. 

I specifically told the contractor in writing, what tiles were to go on the bathroom floor and walls.Today he sent me pictures of the tiled bathroom.

We have worked on many Rentals for clients and I would not touch the cabinets or tops based on these pictures. 

I’m finishing up a gut rehab on the Northside of Chicago in the next few weeks, and am wondering whether it makes sense to market my rental unit prior to the construction being 100% completed and professional pictures being taken.For those of you who do a lot of BRRRRs, do you list your rentals before the rehab is completed?

I was doing some plumbing this past weekend connecting CPVC to cast iron and the 3/4" CPVC compression fittings will fit around the 1/2" iron pipe.I don't think the sharkbites or the white plastic compression fittings will work though just the CPVC compression fittings.Here's a picture of it:They are $3.92

Lists the features, rental cost, pictures, etc.

Footage, picture of home, total value and net value, type of property, taxes that they paid for this year, and describe if they are doing business with rentals.

I would be highly interested in your thought processes untangling these kinds of pictures!
