I wish I could do just that, but my parents are tapped out, and live in Al.

A little background info, 19 Years old, living with my parents, working full-time and going to community college full time while also saving big portions of my paycheck for future goals and endeavors.

Credit card advance, loan from 401k, retirement, parents, friend, cousin, old neighbors, someone, anyone.  

Although I still live with my parents, I bought my first house shortly before my 24th birthday!

I've been keeping my eye on the local RE market when I go back to vist my parents.

I used to live in one unit of 8 that my parents owned, and I managed it. 

My wife and I have now set up and run 9 properties for ourselves and 2 for my parents.

Also, I currently live with my parents (to save $$$) though this will not last more than another eight months at most.

interesting that you offer a discount, I was wondering if anyone has the parents sign the lease as well...thanks for all the feedback, looking to take some action and find a property!
