Hi Fellow BP members,

Former Fresnan living in S. CA now. I've been keeping my eye on the local RE market when I go back to vist my parents. I want to invest in my home town and been following posts by local investors such as @Elizabeth C. and @Michael Zuber. I know there are others and would like to meet you. Are there any meetups or RE investment groups out there?
