Hello, I just joined, the site, because I am looking for help getting started in Cincinnati, Oh I've got the skills, and exp to rehab homes, I just don't have the funds. I don't have very good credit, and I've got no capital, what I do have is heart, drive, and motivation! I also have the most amazing wife, who would assist me in every way she could! A woman's touch has been proven to sell homes!
