My husband is also in a transient career so we have designed  business plan that turns our transient nature into a psotive thing.

I appreciate the replies, including the PMs I received.I think in the back of my mind, I knew it wasn't going to be that easy, but you never know until you ask questions...Beyond just the complexity of the situation, regardless of the risks, the other problem I foresee is that the "predatory" nature that might be construed from this could shine a negative light on my real estate rental business as a whole.  

First letter went out last month... yes, I said letter... singular... naturally this effort needs some boost to be effective.  

There are also many that work for a living for someone else and live like rock stars.  

And you have a great point - the economic stability here and the transient nature does make it a good market.

Kind of Human nature to treat yourself to things you may not think you would do today.If your in a town and it sounds like you are where you can buy these low priced assets its one of the great things we can do with nothing more than a modicum of education and effort and desire and create some financial security...

It's human nature.  

You should wholesale what you don't want to rehab and dont be afraid to walk away if you can't wholesale.Human nature is horrible at quitting something you have put time and energy into.

I think we all lose focus every once in a while - it's just natural.
