can anyone tell me how to pick up repo or discounted mobile homes in south ga.I am purchasing a 3 acre track that is zoned for mobile homes and I am interested in buying 3 to 4 mobile homes to put on it.

Admittedly, those apps and credit profiles need to be reviewed with a seasoned eye because not every person with a foreclosure on their record equates to a bad tenant.  

Also they can be pre-screened just in a conversation, and that will weed out the majority of them, before they even fill out an app.

In fact my wife and I travel extensively so I'm not sure what he really means by "hands on" but I will be finding out when we meet to explore the opportunity in more detail.But it's a very successful property management company with lots of prime residential, mixed use, commercial/retail and even some mobile/manufactured home parks/properties in the portfolio.
