What do you look for most when considering a money partner?

Do you look for in-the-trenches participation or more of an inactive silent partner role?

@John Arendsen there is no one right answer. In general I would say the  more experienced an investor is, the less likely he will want a "money partner" to be meddling around in the business.

A brand new investor, on the other hand, may want a partner with more experience that can help work through the deal
