Hi, I'm brand new to the site, as a new Realtor!   Why I'm here.... I'm interested in learning about creative financing so that I can expand my rental portfolio.  Of course...I hope to learn way more about RE in the process.  Currently I'm enjoying BP podcasts and looking for locals, just reading your chats, advice and vast amount of knowledge in here.  Looking forward to reading some of your book suggestions!

Is there an app for this, there's so much on here, I think this could become my new addiction!
