The issue isn't with the hard money lenders so much, it's with the market turning into a casino more and more.... and the fact that I was looking to lifestyles to provide me with ALL my deals.

The ones I've found seem legit but I'm curious if there is another cost that is hidden.

Hi everybody, I finally found a legit real estate investor mentor and I wanted to share this information for anybody else that might be in need of a mentor as well getting started.

These people are legit and you would be lucky if you get a chance to work with them!

In short though, looking for published books completely outside of BP is probably your cheapest bet for getting legit education.

If they want get paid a fee at closing when it funds then that is fine.Too many fakers out there stealing money and make small fees appear legit.
