Not to sound lazy but Someone else will do all the work for you and if they communicate well (as they should) you can learn a lot along with being involved with folks who have a lot of experience in real estate. 

Aloha,There was LOTS of money, and LOTS of programs to get it, but some Tenants were just too lazy, or not actually in need, but decided to not pay rent anyway.

@Michael WadeGood afternoon Michale,I have been doing HVAC for 22 years, I would start with checking the location of your thermostat, make sure it’s not in direct sunlight or some kind of heat source causing the thermostat to not call for heat.

With about 10 people around the closing table she looked up at me and said "That's the dirty MF SOB who's stealing my GD house" and proceeded to unleash a litany of curses and insults at me :DAnd her relatives let her live like that.Not one of them could have been bothered to go over there a few Sunday afternoons, and clear the place up, then sanitize it and all pitch in and pay for a bug tenting for her.They just let her live in filthy conditions like that because she could not take proper care of the place.That's no way to treat a Grandma in my opinion.

I don't know how to ask this without sounding like a lazy person, but I'll do it anyways, how do the property management work hours compare? 

Someday I'll modify a 5-gallon bucket into a water filtration device for this to save wear on my vacuum, but I'm just too lazy and HF shop vacuums are too cheap for me to care much.Good luck!
