Yes I've set up some key word alerts and have already seen some posts come through that exactly addressed some questions I hadn't asked yet but was meaning too :)Once I start getting some deals coming through I'll definitely ask the community for input and share the results as I progress.  

My only 3 full evictions, my 2 cash for keys or my 4 please just leave and I'll forgive the back-rent types have been smokers.

The key is not only to build your rankings up (which is time consuming, but not impossible like some have said).

You'll get a wealth of REI knowledge and learn how to take full advantage of Bigger Pockets (including how to connect with other Central Florida investors).Listen to the podcasts , get active on the forums & set up key word alerts to be notified when people are discussing topics you're interested in. 

The value I see in the $35k is not in the education or coaching (though there is certainly value in that), but the turn-key access to their systems.

But I also use Vrbo/homeaway and flip key.  

Re-key the office or common areas2.

The key is to be as specific as possible with what your criteria is for a property.
