Sounds like your concentrating on the wrong market.

The last spec house we did, we tied down the lot, drew up plans, put out a flyer on the internet with the renderings, and floor plan, before the land was even closed.

Not that I owe anyone an explaination, but my plane tickets were purchased in early JANUARY for this trip home...we only moved here 1/2/13...I only just found out what I am facing in regards to HOA's and the conflict many will have over my career choice less than two weeks ago...so please trust I am doing my best...but my folks don't have Internet...nor does my Granny's nursing home...which is where I will be a majority of my time (she turns 95 in May).

The fact that any information is on a business card, a newspaper add or on the internet doesn't make a difference.
