Hey everyone!
Just wanted to introduce myself and tell you all a little about who I am. My name is Adam Frederick and my wife and I currently live in a townhome. We have one child and another on the way and would love to get in a bigger space with a yard for the kids to play in! I've been wanting to start investing in real estate for a while now and am thinking that for starters, I could find a foreclosure in need of repair in a decent neighborhood so that we could purchase it, fix it up, and live in it for a year or so before we flip it or rent it out and move on to our next deal!
Our biggest need is probably a hard money lender, as well as a good buyer's broker that could find us what we're looking for and knows how to negotiate with the banks. I've contacted a close relative for a hard money loan, but have not heard back from them on a decision yet.
Anyone in a similar situation or know of a good direction to start moving?
Hope I can start working with some of you all in the very near future!!
-Adam
