Builder-Rehabber-Developer Agents Questions

Hello BP,

I have two agents I want to offer a fee that bring me rehab and/or build clients, but I’m not sure if that offer would be in violation of any license rules by the REC?

Also, any suggestions as to what to offer them, I’m thinking flat fee or some commission on sales or my profits as a GC? Having a buyer before I built would really help get funding. I’m almost wondering if I should not get as many buyer’s as I can before buying platted land?..anyone done this before?

Thanks!

J Scott I think the OP is a contractor or builder, and the $250 is for the 'finders fee' for jobs? Is that correct Terry P. ? It would seem to me that it would be based on the value of the job, but, whatever you agree upon.

If you can get the permission of the seller, you might think about putting up a sign "Build to Suit" etc.
