You don't have to fire your handyman, if he's a good worker....but it sounds like he'll be more of an asset AFTER the major repairs have been completed.For what it's worth, this is a REALLY inspiring story!

My favorite.That being said, I doubt it works in mass outside California or New York.My belief is you should take inspiration for colors and staging from the house.

I  just heard your podcast with @Brandon Turner and @Joshua Dorkin few days ago and it was very inspiring and i found some good points and ideas.
