My impression is that this master tenant is fraudulent as her listing which I still have a screenshot of lists a different City than where it really was among other things that makes me believe she is a perpetual liar. 

I’ve always been impressed with the folks who can buy a property in another state and make it all workMy hats off to the ones that successfully pull that off.

But yes...what you're describing could happen with select fact patterns.

You can even select a more detailed criteria search and narrow it down to a perticullar zip code.

We try to have a new rental rehab going at all times but are super selective of what we are adding to our portfolio at the moment.
