I have what i feel is a good RE background, concepts, ideas...but a lot to learn.

The key is if you and an investor bid during the same bid window and bid the same amount, the o/o always wins.Make sure you read up on strategies for bidding government foreclosures,while they are not always 100% accurate they give some important ballpark ideas and concepts to keep in mind while bidding.

I'm going to do some homework on that concept of seller financing.

Being wasteful was second only to disrespect in the list of household rules.This is a mindset that is nearly impossible to change, even if I wanted to.

@Greg S.I understand the basic concept of inflation.

Especially is the case for mom and pop concepts that do not have FFC contracts.

Over the past few weeks, I've been reading a lot about the whole life / infinite banking concept from multiple sources including BP forums.  

Some of my conceptions could be completely off base because I don't know how things work in the real world yet.

I find it's riddled with grammatical and punctuation errors, the information in the chapters is not at all logically organized, and sometimes concepts (which are not common knowledge) are just casually thrown into a paragraph without further elaboration, which is confusing and hinders my understanding.
