If one person is out for any length of time, we usually have coverage for that person.

My lease says I will handle pests that appear in the first two weeks of occupancy, just in case I missed something during turnover.

RentRedi has integration to handle this, but at $50 for the income & asset verification and $40 for the  tenant's credit, criminal, and eviction reports, that seems high to me.
