Jonathan,

I am terribly sorry that I missed your initial email.  I did have a family emergency that took me out of office unexpectedly, and caused me to lack follow up for a couple weeks.  That is still not an excuse, but I wanted to publicly apologize since I saw this negative post.  I did only see one email from you.  Hopefully you saw by now, both myself and our CEO, Zach emailed you last week apologizing about the initial missed email.  We also asked if Zach and myself could schedule a follow up call with you to ensure that all your questions are answered and that you know that it is never our intention for you to feel rushed through a phone call.  Our clients' success is extremely important to us.  We have thousands of success stories on BP showcasing investors' experiences after many years of owning new construction rental properties in growing markets.  If/when things happen throughout property ownership, we also do our best to step in to attempt to resolve the situation as long as we are made aware of it. If one person is out for any length of time, we usually have coverage for that person.  However, we are all human, and businesses always have room to improve, which we are always trying to work on.  So thank you for your feedback.  Overall, RTR has a tremendous reputation in the industry and certainly among the BP community.  Again, we apologize for missing your follow up email.  We hope you take us up on the invitation to speak again with myself & our CEO.  If not, we completely understand and wish you much continued success in your investing journey!

-Cheers!

Matthew
