I want to interpret that meaning it is universal code (IBC, NFPA, etc) and not some additions from your more local jurisdiction.

Another area will be looking into is getting building approved for student housing for university that is close by and also speaking with hospital and see about offering housing for visiting nurses as is a stones throw from hospital too. 

Or house hacking a large house near a university and rent out the rooms. 

I currently attend Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Michigan, but I am originally from Brookfield, Illinois.

I also decided to further my education by pursuing a Masters Degree in GIS from Johns Hopkins University using my Post 911 GI Bill.

I'm going to college next year at the University of Arkansas to study Investments and Securities but my biggest passion is Real Estate.

Also, if you ever get presented with a universal release, I would immediately take it to a lawyer. 

I'd start with RTP, the universities, or any decent suburb.

I am currently a student at The Pennsylvania State University.
