So yes, it's cheaper to scrape it and start fresh.

I am taking it back to joists/studs and starting fresh every time.

After 6 weeks of basically being locked up in my house, I think I'm now finally prepared to launch my podcast on baking and rapid weight gain. 

Very hard to bring in this kind of passion and enthusiasm over a zoom call.So yes, I believe a lot of the back office operations kind of repetitive jobs will move out but a lot a new creative/engineering roles with fresh talent will be created as well. 

All of this  is still very fresh  to me but I can  say  I  learned  a lot more  then what I did  just a couple of days ago .

I could see someone though hiring a new lawyer fresh out of law school and making this financially feasible to some extent depending on what your targeting.. lets say you have a narrow list of 100 MHPs that would work or 50 MF s  that would work. 

You can’t tell if there is any cracks, leak, ... once they cover everything up with a fresh coat of paint.
