Newbie Investor looking to build a fantastic team!

It’s been a fantastic investment!

Location is fantastic, however, comparable rents that we see in the area would not cover the mortgage and monthly expenses.Obviously this sounds like a bad deal, however, being new to the real estate investing game I found a service online through Nomad that is offering guaranteed rent for two years of $3000 a month which would make this a deal that we would be willing to take.

@Ken Middleton I think its a fantastic idea whether or not you rent out to military folks.

They're still doing it online, I believe, so you don't get the networking aspect but it's a ton of fantastic information for a fair price.

Engaging on the forums is a fantastic way to network - start conversations, and follow up on them with others. 

BTW these are fantastic tenants, they keep the place clean, and keep everything in good working order, and they pay in advance always.
