Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Indianapolis.

Purchase price: $52,000
Cash invested: $13,000

This was my first real estate investment! A great single family house in Indianapolis, IN.

This is in C class area and close to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Track and I rent it to blue collar tenants.

It was a newly renovated property that I bought from another local Indianapolis investor.
