A "customer" who turned out to be another owner in the building rented the apartment via AirBnB under a false name and after being there more than 30 days gets legal possession of the rental under SF law and cannot be evicted.

It's zoned residential so according to the county I believe I can put one there.Where I'm confused is that the tax assessor web site lists the lot as "deed acreage:0, calculated acreage:0, land units:1The home is listed on the assessor website as in a subdivision so I'm thinking that might be why?

For one community we were able to find a website that the HOA maintained and they published different information that was helpful but I am having trouble trying to identify if a location is warrantable.
