When I was first starting out I could barely look somebody in the eye and tell them what I was willing to pay because my offers were so low.

But you need to keep your eyes on the prize... and get paid.

Use tans, darker grout as posible, use grout sealer to prevent stains, and use PORCELAIN tile just make sure your patient or keep eyes open for sales on it and store it away when under 2 an sf.
