I'm thinking about what moves to make in the near future and thought I'd ask for thoughts from anyone who's traveled my path before.

Hey everyone, i've been analyzing a lot of deals lately and want to get some of your thoughts on this property and my analysis. 

two schools of thought here.One is your ONLY job is to get an appointment.. as real estate is belly to belly.. to easy for people to blow you off on the phone or e mailTwO.. you want to qualify them so you don't waste your time..

Thought I would start looking at the forums for information.  

That being said, I am eager to learn and hope to engage in my first deal soon.

I started typing out a formula that I thought would work but I had to delete it because I couldn't figure it out.

Hand writing the letter is what makes it much more engaging.

Any input, thoughts, or advice would be greatly appreciated.
