josh, instead of lines of text stacked pretty tightly together, now each category occupies more room so you have to scroll down more to view multiple categories and it takes longer to locate a category. it's not at all what im used to on most of the forums i browse (mainly IT forums so I guess they're big on efficiency)

Hell, Fannie and Freddie are now accepting 125% LTV and the Cap and Trade bill has a provision that ALL homes must meet new energy standards per the EPA before they can be sold.Can you imagine what an inspection will cost???
