I'm looking for a qualified general contractor to manage a 4-unit building project in Raleigh, NC  - essentially a full gut job for all 4 units with some additional exterior items (deck, landscaping, etc).

Who pays for the landscaping?

Pay with Venmo,  PayPal, something electronic if possible. 

Biggest non-negotiable is they need intimate knowledge of STR and the STR landscape/legislation in the area.

Hey Curt,I am not sure if electronic signatures are allowed for W9's, but if they are, you could use a service such as DocuSign to send them out and have whoever fill them out and sign electronically.

Needs landscaping, new carpet, new roof, new indoor or outdoor paint job, a little plumbing work. 

Fully furnished, new paint, fixtures, blinds, flooring, doors, ceiling fans, new AC unit and Furnace, irrigation, landscaping, garage door, water heater, toilets, updated cabinets, built in pantry.

New flooring throughout, paint, and landscape (biggest expense).
