Hello BP Members,My name is Aja, I am green to BP and fairly new to Wholesaling.I would love to connect with other Wholesalers and Real estate investors in Atlanta as well.Suggestions and advice is always welcomed !

We have a large grassy area and are thinking about adding a covered picnic area where our residents can grill, congregate, eat at picnic tables, etc.

I feel like I'm sticking my neck out on this one a little, but I believe in green real estate, which is part of my long-term goal. 

If so that eats up some of the sellers equity for resale and they get it (hopefully) on the back end with the second plus loan payments.
